In Rhythms Yoga

Introduction: In Rhythms Yoga is a neighborhood studio in Clairemont, San Diego. We provide yoga to all level of students. If you want a professional, intimate setting where the teachers give you individual attention and adjustments, you will love coming to IRY. If you are new to yoga and weary of trying yoga at a big studio, In Rhythms Yoga offers small group classes, up to 8 people, or private classes (including chair yoga). Yoga is accessible for all. Rather than force someone's body into a pose, we offer props and modifications to best serve you. Come to heal your body, mind, and spirit in the tradition of yoga.
