My services include hearty, flavorful, interesting vegan meals for those looking to eat healthier but don't have the time to plan a vegan meal. I also teach Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. I have combined my passion for food and my love of yoga into The Succulent Vegan. My vision is to provide my clients with an overall wellness of mind and body.
