Quinn is by far the best yoga teacher I've worked with. He has a pretty incredible and unique approach to yoga. He adapted the practice to my individual needs and helped me find flexibility and strength and my most stagnant areas. He worked with me to find comfort and ease in my practices and never pushed me to the point of where I was in pain like most yoga teachers do. After working with him--I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm the strongest and most flexible I've ever been--both mentally and physically.
