Tapping Fitness Trainer
Lyndsey Gago personally experienced the good results of proper combination of dancing and fitness training. When people noticed her transformation, they asked for her help and that started her journey into being a personal fitness trainer. Despite the scary of thought of clients just backing out without notice, Lyndsey continues to extend her skills to the people who needs it.
I have been wanting to start my performing career since the first day I started aerial in 2012. I knew my mix of dance and aerial was going to help me stand out in the crowd. I remember seeing an aerial performance when I was younger and wishing I was up there, even though I'm really afraid of heights. Then I booked a performance with RAW and knew it was time to take that next step.
Being an aerial performer as well, Lyndsey recalls her favorite performance was at an event hosted by RAW. It was special in many ways so she always remembers it. It was also a chance to show her future clients what she can offer to them in combination with fitness training.
The best way to keep my dance and aerial clients happy is finding a balance between conditioning and choreography. Conditioning is a must in order to execute proper technique, however it can get tiring and being able to move through choreography is what they're both about. Keeping both conditioning and choreography at the proper skill level will keep the clients happy, too.
