I provide hands-on software training for individuals or groups in the San Francisco Bay Area at your home or office.

I am easy-going, fun and patient. I am clear in communicating steps and instructions, but more importantly, I teach you why you are performing those functions with your computer. It's not just the "click here" or "press this" style of training I provide. I explain why so that you are able to take those tools and apply them to real world use.

My clientele include major law firms, corporations, senior citizens, teens and kids throughout the U.S. Locally, my clients are throughout the entire Bay Area.

My fun, dynamic and patient style allows me to get you where you want to be -- comfortable with the software you either want or have to use.

I've been providing training on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2003 or 2007, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Windows, document management systems (FileSite and Hummingbird), and a variety of other software applications for many years to thousands of PC users.

I make learning easy, interesting and even fun. I am comfortable working with CEO's to housewives to seniors to students and am able to adapt my training to your specific needs. If you're not sure what your needs are, we can figure that out.

I will travel to your home or office. You will use your PC so that you get the most out of the training and I am happy to work with groups or individuals.
