Our employer is being acquired and, for a variety of reasons, this makes our personal taxes extra complicated this year. I sent Tim a long rambling email trying to explain all of the crazy things that are happening and he sent back a quick, easy list of the items he needed to prepare a tax plan for us for the year. Despite my confusion and distress about trying to figure it all out on my own, Tim was incredibly patient and good humored in explaining everything simply. And speedy, too. He even provided all documentation back for us to review in case there are changes througout the year. He also answered a few questions for us about setting up a small business without charging us for his time. We'll definitely have him do our filing next year. I appreciate his good work and his easy-going nature.

Tim has done my taxes for a few years now. He gets the job done quickly, correctly and efficiently. He has offered some good tax advice for future financial planning and he has also helped me set up my QuickBooks account online and has patiently answered all my questions.
