FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to ask a variety of questions to get to know the customer, their preferences, likes, dislikes, communication style, as well as the details of the project, goals, objectives, and deadlines. Even though many details are learned on the job it usually sets a positive working environment to know as much about a new customer at the start. Integrating quickly into the customers environment usually leads to a satisfactory experience for the customer.
