Dr. Drain Plumbing and Rooter were great! They came to asses the plumbing issue we we’re having ready to repair it! Unfortunately, there was a water shut off needed, so we had to reschedule after giving our neighbors the appropriate amount of warning per our HOA rules. They returned 3 days later and did a great job! We now have a working kitchen faucet! Thanks Dickinson!

Excellent work. They diagnosed the issue quickly and cleaned out the down pipe with an electric auger. It was clogged with grease. They replaced one of the pipes, put on new gaskets and reassembled everything. Definitely recommend Dr. Drain.

These guys were really great to work with. My neighbor and I share common plumbing in our walls in an older building. This week we had our bathroom sinks get clogged and what a crazy mess it was. The Dr. Drain guys spent almost their entire day resolving an incredibly challenging situation and a very stubborn clog. Their persistence and knowledge finally paid off at the end of the day and all is well. They were very courteous, professional and very thorough with cleanup of our condos. We can’t thank you enough. The sinks are flowing again just in time for a relaxing (and clog free) weekend!!
