- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple: I charge by the hour, and I will set a "not to exceed amount". So if the project is under my fee maximum, you win, it will cost less than expected. If the project goes over my fee maxiumum, you win again, as there is a cap to my fee.
