- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its not complicated, I have an hourly rate schedule for various tasks and I work on a time and material basis for some clients and on a fixed fee for others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AIA registered architects are required to complete 18 hours of continuing education which I think is very important to stay up on the latest developments, materials and technologies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started early with Legos and Lincoln Logs, 2 of my favorite childhood toys.
