" subject" Appreciate if you put me in right direction till January 2016 when I come to see you. Dear mrs Kahn: my name is Nasser fraydouni, live in sanfrancisco' CA'and now I am out of US and be back hopefully to see you when I come back to US if you can help me with following case. My case: I have a Tajic girl friend who is 6 month pregnant from me and our baby is going to be born in Tagikistan..I want to get the to US but I know I can not be qualified to get them affidavit of support and I have no one else to give affidavit of support at my behalf or co-sign with me. Does this disqualification means I can not get them to U S ? Questions: 1- should I marry her according to Tajikistan citizenship law and then come to see you in 6 month and then apply for their green card or 2- should itake her to U S Embassy now and marry her at U S embassy in Tajikistan according to U S Citizenship law and then apply for U S Passport for both my wife and my bayby after she is born, and put both their name in my passport and also put their name in my 2016 Taxe.? Will that ease to get their Green cards to get them to U S ? Please advise me which direction is the best choice at your professional opinion. I am single and I am U SCitizen since 1980 and I am 66 years old and started collecting social security starting from last year for $ 896.00 per month. And she is also not financially qualified to support the affidavit of support neither. 3- is there any social security or welfare law to support people like me who are not qualified for affidavit of support , I truly appreciate for your advice. My e- mail address is: fraydouninasser@gmail.com

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I take a lot of continuing education. I am a certified specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, certified by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. As a certified specialist, I am required to do more continuing education than non specialists do. I also take continuing legal education in my other area of practice - Social Security Disability. In addition to taking continuing legal education, I have also given presentations at seminars and conferences.
