I am a bartender and cocktail mistress with the following qualifications: * huge ability to make and serve beverages from the bar, which is restricted to some varieties and brands of wine, beer, soda, and liquor * strong knowledge of the exact proportions and combinations to utilize in making beverages according to requests from cocktail attendants and patrons * great ability to identify unruly or intoxicated patrons and to solve the problem or seek help if required * huge ability to rapidly recognize impending lack of supplies based on the volume of business, covering their timely replacement * strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills * exceptional, refined and professional communication presentation and mannerisms * great ability to multitask while maintaining close attention to detail I am a bartender for busy parties, including wedding receptions, club parties, and outdoor concerts. I can help with the setup and teardown of portable bars, duties include stocking liquor, beer, wine, nonalcholic beverages. I have made and set up garnish trays. Other tasks include mixing and pouring drinks in a very busy, fast-paced atmosphere, serving patrons with a high-energy and friendly attitude. I can handle cash and credit card in the bar. I work as a team player with other bar and waitstaff members.
