Introduction: I take my work home with me. It's what I love to do. I know the dynamics of throwing a good party and incorporate everything I have learned throughout the years, as well as being familiar with what is currently trending. I make my concoctions from scratch and keep them simple.
People at catering events are usually celebrating something special and are generally in a festive mood. I feed off of this energy and produce great cocktails to keep the spirit alive. Those that aren't familiar with the people at the event tend to gravitate towards me and I like to engage with them and make them feel welcomed.

Hired Alex to bartend a formal party in San Francisco. He was great---professional, knowledgeable and managed the crowd nicely. I especially appreciated that he stayed extra late when our party ran over the time we had scheduled.
