I've been doing a lot of blogging for clients who want a "public voice" that is non-corporate sounding, but yet conveys a professional tone that gets their message across.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That there are "content providers" and then there are "writers." I put myself in the latter category, the difference being that we don't supply "cookie-cutter" content, but rather integrate your culture, values and style into our writing so that it conveys the image you want to present to the public.
