Coach B combines resistance training and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise matched with recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout. You’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass, which in turn will raise your resting metabolic rate. (burn more calories at your desk!)
Coach B (Greg Bianchi), has a Masters in Physical Education, has coached football and track & field at a collegiate level, and runs one of San Francisco's premier bootcamps for over 15 years.
