Our catering company specializes in bite-size meals and desserts. We are creative with our food as well as have sculptures created for each event to give our signature allure.

All of our treats contain fewer than 100 calories, and most of our customers can't tell the difference. Our food is completely editable and we use organic and sustainable products. We are most famous for our chocolate-covered strawberries, which we dip in different chocolates and coatings.

We cater at all events: birthday parties, weddings, cocktail parties, baby showers, and just about any other reason you would like to throw a party.

People love food, but not always a lot of it. We are practical and affordable, and we really never waste anything.

Many say, "We can't be full on bite-size food!" but that is such a common misconception. Our food makes you feel satisfied and complete.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Creative food really makes a party now a days. With all the calorie counting and diet frenzies out there, people are less likely want large quantities of food and more likely to want to just "nibble" on something. In addition, if you are at a party, it is so tedious to have tables to sit at and then have them cleared off to dance. Our food does not come with all of that baggage. Dainty Delicacies provides a wide variety of bite size meals; which are completely editable and have little to no garbage associated with them. Our pieces are under 100 calories, are creative and specific to each event, with our food and one of a kind sculptured pieces created for your event. We aim to provide excellent service as well as affordable prices.

A. My work stands out because we are dedicated to healthy portion sizes, low cost and making delicious food for people to enjoy.

A. What I like most about this job is that we are able to create new things in the kitchen everyday. We can adjust any meal to bite sized and it is fun coming up with new ways to do so.

Yes, we provide enough bite sized food so that it is quite filling.

Very cost effective, we try to make sure our customer is always happy with their price.
What if I cant think of any bite sized meals, but I'm still interested?
We have a full menu for you to look over and to choose from.
What if I only want dessert?
We have packages for all of our sweet items; complete menu is available. We also have great ideas on dessert bars as well.
