Introduction: We are a catering business and mobile food trailer. Using traditional family recipes, Minnie Bell's menu offers up delicious, authentic, home-style soul food, combining soulful flavors and southern comfort. You can find dishes, such as rosemary fried chicken wings, gumbo, mac and cheese, red bean and rice salad and more, all reasonably priced. Sweet treats include our award-winning banana pudding; it placed second in Black Cuisine's 2013 cooking contest.
