Mari and Gil provided their services very last minute and we couldn't have been happier! We had them come teach us how to make sushi. They arrived right on time and were patient with me as I directed them to the room to set up. They were very professional and courteous during their set up and interacted with our team well during the event. Mari clearly knows sushi and taught our class of 18 the basics of sushi. We split into 3 groups and learned sushi techniques and Japanese. Mari tested the presentation, taste, and Japanese at the end and the winners won a bottle of Sake! We had sooo much sushi that everyone was stuffed afterwards. People are still talking about this event and I will definitely look forward to having them back at our facility for a future event.
