- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I dine out whenever possible and work at the Michelin starred Keiko A Nob Hill.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cooking as a part-time job during college. It wasn't long before all I could think about was cooking.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I put together a date night for a couple where I created a 3-course menu. We cooked together and I explained all the recipes and demonstrated notable techniques. After preparing the food, the guests sat down and were served dinner. We had a lot of fun!
