Introduction: Hi! The Missing Link specializes in gourmet sausage meats. We offer high quality specialty meats such as venison, wild boar, buffalo, pheasant and many more. All animals are on a governed-free range and any fruits and vegetables that are stuffed in the sausages are organic. We use only the highest quality raw materials in order to produce superior products. Our specialty 1/4 lb sausages are served on a grilled gourmet San Francisco Hoagie. Corporate catering clients are as follows: Sony, Barracuda Networks, Craigslist, Uber, Tinyco, Blackboard and many more. Savory meat descriptions (also available as corn dogs) are the following: * venison * turkey * beef * niman ranch pork brat * wild boar * pheasant * lamb and beef * buffalo * vegetarian- a subtle earthy flavor with tomato and garlic * wild boar with hemp ale beer Sides * organic mixed greens - with almonds, cranberry, mushrooms and honey mustard. * cold pesto pasta salad - olive oil, pesto, diced black mushroom and parmesan cheese.
