Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients, cooking in small batches and using slow braising techniques that really pack depthful flavor. We're non-traditionalists and cater to the food adventurous. All our tacos get a signature slathering of Guerilla Sauce- a creamy chipotle aoili and our California Crakslaw- a colorful bed of handshredded carrots, green and purple cabbage that's dressed in our garlic lime vinaigrette. Each bite is exploding with flavor and crackling with texture! I love making people happy through food. It's one universal commonality that all beings share and if we can elevate it beyond simply sustenance or "just another meal" to an experience that makes people excited, delighted and satisfied, then I feel we've done our job.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We started in 2009 as a brick and mortar taco shop and began catering tech companies throughout SF and the South Bay, small and large. We've since expanded our menu beyond tacos and have catered a plethora of event types. We've especially loved catering events that are experiential and memory based, leave a lasting impression on guests. Casual weddings, kid's picnic birthdays, launch events, holiday parties and the like.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My boyfriend as best man at his best friend's casual picnic wedding by the lake. 2013's Tech Give's Back Food-for-All event at Public Works. Proceeds went to the Food Bank.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The behind the scenes work that puts one plate of food onto the table entails a lot of brain work, physical work, trouble shooting, and operating with grace under fire!
