Introduction: We have a professional catering company offering all types of cuisines and themes, from elegant indoor cocktail parties to corporate dinners, lunches, weddings, barbecues and even an authentic taco bar. If you would like a private or small dinner party, we can do this too. We also do full event planning with staffing and rentals. Also, we have a personal or private chef for your family home or parties. I do all sorts of cuisines, from elegant and California to traditional. If you have a special diet, I will make it awesome for you to enjoy. I also specialize in low-carb specialties and vegetarian cuisines, including no dairy or animal fats. I use free range meats for my carnivores and organic produce.

I cannot recommend Are You Being Served Catering Enough! Rozanna and her staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special. The Food and the Service were Amazing. Our guests were all very well taken care of. They really enjoyed the entire event. My Husband and I were married at a Winery in the Dry Creek Valley with 100+ guests. We only had five months to plan the big day. Rozanna was so helpful and made me feel at ease. She was a huge part of planning the event from taking care of ALL of the rentals, designing an amazing menu of all of our favorite dishes and providing superb service. The staff at Are You Being Served Catering was so professional and friendly. Our Guests were very pleased with the service. They catered to our every need. They took care of everything. We couldnt have asked for more. They set up and took down our entire event and provided first class service the entire day. We had an hour long appetizer hour immediately following our ceremony so we could take our photos. I was worried everyone would get antsy waiting for us to finish up but they were happily enjoying themselves eating 3 choices of appetizers in the beautiful cocktail area on the lawn her staff created. It was fun for everyone to mingle and eat something very tasty before being seated for dinner. Our wedding dinner was so delicious. We had all of our favorite foods. The Tri Tip was the best I have ever had along with her horseradish sauce. Wowwas I was a happy bride. The BBQ chicken, roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes were also great. We had a pasta bar as well which the kids and the adults at our wedding especially had fun with. There was something for everyone. The vegetarians were very pleased and had just as many great options to choose from. Our guests raved about the food. I heard over and over how great it ALL tasted. I am so happy Rozanna was our Caterer! It was the best decision I made for the event besides marrying my Husband of course  Rozanna was very patient and considerate with all of my indecisions and the typical frantic Bride moments. She was always available to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. I felt very confident that she was going to do an amazing job and she went above and beyond my expectations!!! Every detail was perfection. The food, the staff, the planning and the extremely valuable advice she provides after having so much experience in catering. I VERY highly recommend Are You Being Served Catering, Rozanna and her extremely well trained staff! You will not be disappointed. Rozanna was a pleasure to work with, she listened to my desired outcome and was willing to work with my budget and the type of dinner I wanted. The food was delicious and the service before and after the event was great and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a chef that wants your event to be successful and provides the best service and food in the process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them, get their budgets likes and dislikes and create a menu that works within their taste and budget
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught and I took regional cuisine courses at Santa Rosa Culinary All creative chefs and the majority of chefs including the food network, never went to culinary school. It takes years of experience and inner creativity to be a great chef. You just can't learn it you have to have it inside of your soul .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
1980 I had my daughter. She inspired me to have her eat healthy. I just kept doing it all day long like I have OCD lol Just the other day I made empanadas then went home and joyfully cooked my dinner and made up some healthy hempseed oatmeal cookies that are all made with oat flour for the week
