- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them, get their budgets likes and dislikes and create a menu that works within their taste and budget
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught and I took regional cuisine courses at Santa Rosa Culinary All creative chefs and the majority of chefs including the food network, never went to culinary school. It takes years of experience and inner creativity to be a great chef. You just can't learn it you have to have it inside of your soul .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
1980 I had my daughter. She inspired me to have her eat healthy. I just kept doing it all day long like I have OCD lol Just the other day I made empanadas then went home and joyfully cooked my dinner and made up some healthy hempseed oatmeal cookies that are all made with oat flour for the week
