Thea is the chef-in-residence at my workplace. She prepares gourmet lunches for our 21 person team every day, and dinner once a week. I only have to cook for two at home, so I am impressed (over and over!) how Thea manages to make incredible and delicious food for so many mouthes!

She makes a killer roasted pork shoulder (crunchy and crackling on the outside, chewy and juicy on the inside!). My favorite soup is her chicken avocado tortilla soup, which is a rich tomato soup with chicken and avocados, served with fresh cilantro, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips, piping hot. It's out of this world! She always has a very elegant and thoughtful twist on the most basic food, like mac & cheese, sandwiches, salads, and soups.

Anyway, I'm getting hungry just writing this review! I highly recommend this incredible chef.

I've eaten hundreds of Thea's meals. She always delivers high-quality, healthy food that I'm always excited to eat. Great diversity of flavor, ingredients, and recipes. I'd recommend Thea anytime you want something delicious!

Thea's food is nothing short of scrumptious. She also is phenomenal to work with! She's hilarious, makes me feel comfortable and patiently answers all my food questions!

Thea has cooked many amazing meals for me and my team at work. She cooks food that is both delicious, innovative and healthy. I really like her new take on classic dishes. She's able to cook for large numbers of people without an assistant. I would definitely recommend hiring Thea for a dinner party or other event.

Thea's food is inspired, wholesome, elegant, and delicious. Her service is efficient, gracious, and flexible.

I hired Thea to prepare Cassoulet, a complex rustic french dish, for 15 guests at my home. Thea sourced high quality ingredients but did not spend extraneously-- keeping within my budget. Adding a special touch to the meal, Thea sourced wild boar sausage and locally farmed duck for the dinner.

When I had some same-day RSVP's that brought the head count to 20 people, Thea was able to accommodate this and the party went off without a hitch.

While many chefs are consumed with their egos and pretentious notions about cuisine, Thea delivers truly gourmet food without the attitude.

Thea worked tirelessly in the kitchen preparing our meal, and brought her sister as a collaborator to cook a 26 person feast. All courses were prepared perfectly, especially considering the large party; salmon was moist and tender, soup was hot and creamy, and the desert was sweet and crunchy. I just wish I could eat like that every night.
