- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both became interested in photography shooting film for photojournalism classes. From hours in the darkroom, to capturing our travels, we both got hooked with making unique images. Since attending Hallmark Institute of Photography, we've broadened our skills, gained experience, and narrowed our focus to kids, food, lifestyle, and travel photography.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We help clients take produce high-quality, unique images. We work together on pre-production, lighting, shooting, and retouching, so you have two photographers reviewing each step of the process. Our specialties include food, kids, lifestyle, and travel.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
An ideal client has a specific idea of what they need from a project. Image count, possible variations, deadline, and final product, are all essential. Also, it's great to see examples of things the client loves, as well as things they don't like, so we can get an idea of the creative direction.
