Quick, convenient, easy - the best I could have expected to fix a broken Nexus 5 screen. I was pleasantly surprised at the same-day repair service he offered once he had received the part. I also appreciated the flexibility he offered through different location options (SF & Mountain View, where I live) and by providing both drop-off or in-home service choices.
