Introduction: We do team building events. We offer private cooking classes in our facility and in the comfort of your home.
How does it work?
Mama Thai Cooking Club is a real hands-on authentic Thai cooking class. So that way, everyone can learn how to cook and cut, pick the healthiest ingredients and how to use them from the local grown market. That way, everyone can recreate the authentic Thai meal at home for their friends and family.
We do not stock up the food, and we do not have a wholesale partner. All food will be purchased on the day of the class all over local organic markets, including antibiotic-free chicken or any other meat whenever possible, fresh-made curry paste, fresh-made tamarind sweet chili sauce, etc. We do need to know the menu a few weeks before the event.
For a group of 8-10, each person will have their own cooking station to prepare their own meal. For groups of 20 or more, we'll separate you into small groups (group of 2 people); you'll have one of your own cooking stove, cutting board, utensils, apron, recipes, etc. You'll help each other cook and cut each dish.
Everyone will sit down to enjoy their meal after each course while we will clean up and set up the next course.
