I am an individual and couples therapist who specializes in working with people who are stuck, overwhelmed, and who want lasting relief.

Couples counseling:

Couples I have worked with felt lost, hurt, resentful and disappointed. My role as a couples counselor is to help shift you out of these painful cycles into more effective ones.

I create a sense of safety where each person can be heard and understood. Through this process, you can begin to feel affection, laughter and intimacy. We will set long-term goals, and will focus on developing communication skills in order to help you rekindle the true meaning of partnership.

Individual counseling:

I also specialize in working with depression, anxiety, substance addiction, the effects of abuse, and grief and loss. My focus goes beyond problem solving your current issues, by illuminating the roots of your suffering.

I offer warmth and respect, infused with clinical knowledge, intuition, and a wealth of personal experience.
