In the past I have always taken my CPR certification renewal at Safety Training Seminars in Concord. I am excited to see that STS has an office in Berkeley and it's a minute walk from BART. So convenient! Plus I got my certification card that same day.

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. If you are looking for a provider for CPR classes, beware of the many scams on the internet. At Safety Training Seminars you can pay for your training on the day of the class.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Beware of online CPR training classes. These are a scam on the internet since those online CPR cards are not accepted anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. You should ask if there is free parking at their CPR training school. We offer free parking. And you should make sure the school teaches American Heart Association certified courses.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I have a lot of people that ask if these CPR certification courses are done by the American Heart Association. Yes, we do teach the BLS for Healthcare Provider course by the American Heart Association in San Francisco and also in Concord.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Dentists in California are required to take the American Heart Association CPR training class. After dentists take this CPR course, they will receive Continuing Education credit from the Dental Board of California.
