Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Get an experience of the potential provider. You may sign up for any complimentary newsletters, follow them on social media or read their blog. Especially look for testimonials. A good coach makes it easy for you to get a sampling of who they are.
Make sure that what a coach says resonates with you and that she or he offers a solution-based program that gets results.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Different coaches offer different programs and one should base their decision on whether or not the customer "gets" the coach's approach.
Some coaches teach a curriculum that someone else wrote and act more like an instructor. Other coaches teach their own system based on real life experience and practical application.
One should make certain that their potential coach walks their talk. A great coach is vulnerable when appropriate while also being a leader and uses the tools the she or he teaches on a daily basis. A great coach embodies what they offer is an excellent example of what they teach.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. For my profession, a prospective client ought to have a little experience about what the service professional does and who they are.
