Ida has been walking our two newly adopted dogs for a few months now and she's been awesome. They are both about 1 1/2 years old, a German Shepherd and a Pomeranian/Tibetan Spaniel mix, needing major training and full of energy. Ida has already trained them to wait for their food and getting in and out of cars and doorways - a major accomplishment! Also, she's teaching them "Gentle".

Ida is very thorough with learning about your dogs' background and she is very caring, however firm in her training. She simply loves and knows dogs. We will also let our dogs stay with her when we take vacations.

Ida's rates are quite reasonable and she offers various discounts which we always take.

    Thank you Ida!

Ida watched our puppy for several weeks. I know Cody
got lots of love and lots of walks and off leash time. Ida is very knowledgeable about dogs and behavior. I got updates and pictures of Cody throughout.
When we returned from vacation, not only was Cody healthy and happy but also better trained than when we left him. I have used Ida again for a day here, a day there since that few week stay. I'm looking forward to our next vacation and I know Cody will be in expert and caring hands with Ida.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are different because we never take a large amount of pets at a time. We like one on one/ small groups, this allows us to really get to know your pet/s and bond with it/them.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The best part of this work is spending quality time with each pet, while exercising outdoors in a beautiful setting.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. I get aked a lot if I don't mind investing so much time on a pet, getting to know it, taking care of it, training it, hanging out with it, loving it, only to return it to its owner.
I always say that I feel like an aunt. I get to see these pets part time during their life time. They see me coming and they are so happy to see me, then they go home tired, happy and a better pet. No, I will never get tired of that.
