A. That I'm personable and professional and more concerned about getting the job done that you want then getting rich off you.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Attention to detail and openly and honestly communicating with the client on the process and the pros and cons of each possible choice.

A. Creating something beautiful and functional where there was nothing before.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. For many contracting is just a job. For me its a labor of love and I take tremendous pride in my work and am horrified at the incredibly bad reputation that most contractor's have.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. By accident. But I've never looked back and have studied under many amazing master carpenters over the years and have become a master in my own right.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I read the trades and network with other builders, architects and designers.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Green, green, green. But I've also been a master of recycling materials for years.
