This is by far the best experience I have had with any professional. Not only did he keep me informed continually of his arrival, but he asked preliminary questions about the scope of work so he would be properly prepared when he arrived. Within one hour’s time he had fixed the large hole in my wall, textured the area, and left it as if the hole had never been there. To me and my wife, it was an amazing fix. When he finished he cleaned up the entire room leaving no debris or dust anywhere. When I asked to pay him, his charge for the job was much less than I expected. I also want to emphasize that he arrived earlier just so he would be on time. I would definitely hire Josael again and again when I need sheet rocking and/or painting.
