- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent almost entirely on the needs of the student and how much time and effort it takes to attend our meetings, etc... If the student expects me to travel to a distant locale and pay for public transportation and take time in commuting, there has to be an ability for it to be both cost-effective for them, and beneficial to me. These details usually work out quite easily because I am extremely honest with all clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, but the complexity of what I do would require 10,000+ pages just to begin to explain. Trying to break people from their texting / Facebook lingo (though it does have its place...), and work with more formalized English (where needed), requires having not only a command of English, but also trends in communication.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
People have sought me out to solve their problems, or help them learn things, for over 40 years. It was not a conscious decision, but rather one that was thrust upon me.
