Excellent experience with kitchen and bathroom leaky faucet repair/replacement.
Antonio texted within minutes and offered 8 am next day appointment.
Next day, Jose, representing the company appeared promptly at 8 am. Evaluated and explained the problem and options by 8:30 am. Jose “coached” on where to go to choose / purchase faucets. By 12:45 pm, Jose and helper Tony completed the job. They wore shoe coverings and carefully cleaned up. Jose and Tony were respectful to us and to each other.
I highly recommend this company for professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail!

Dr. Drain Plumbing and Rooter were great! They came to asses the plumbing issue we we’re having ready to repair it! Unfortunately, there was a water shut off needed, so we had to reschedule after giving our neighbors the appropriate amount of warning per our HOA rules. They returned 3 days later and did a great job! We now have a working kitchen faucet! Thanks Dickinson!

David is an excellent communicator. Very quick to follow-up. Very reasonable rates, especially compared to others in the area (another repairmen wanted to charge me over $100 more than David). Super kind and knowledgeable on almost everything home repair related. He was also very transparent about my options. My only regret is not giving him my old faucet to recycle and use for another project.
