Introduction: Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, shape and tone, or simply feel your best through fun and unique exercises, you will leave my training sessions feeling accomplished and motivated to continue on your path to achieving your fitness goals. I will build a custom program to help you achieve your desired look. It doesn't matter if you have never picked up a weight in your life or have been training for years, everyone can gain from a strict and unique regime and a coach who cares that you succeed. Depending on your individual goals, we would focus on the following type of exercises: - Strength training and toning - Plyometrics (think body weight exercises) for toning and firming - Isometrics (think planks, core, and stability) for core strength - High-intensity interval training - Weight training for increased muscle strength (or size if desired) - Improve speed and quicknes - Stretching for increased flexibility - Cardio programs to improve cardiovascular stamina (I also provide group classes if preferred) - Unique exercises that will shock your muscles and move you past your plateaus Below are pictures of the private studio that we can train at to give you and idea of the facility, but I am flexible and can choose a location that works for you.

David is a great trainer. He can work with any level of client, from athletes, those of us who want to be athletes, those that are injured, or someone who has never worked out before! He is always prepared and makes sure the sessions have a lot of variety that will promise results. His knowledge level, desire to learn, desire to grow professionally, and his true understanding of the physical mechanics of the human body is demonstrated in his ability to train and motivate clients. He also has a wonderful personality that keeps the sessions fun and comfortable. There's no question that David knows exactly how to train you to get the most out of your mind and body. He is the real deal. 5 stars, A +.

David is a great trainer and really motivates you with his always positive attitude. His workouts are challenging but fun at the same time. I told him what my goals were at the beginning and he tailored a training plan to help me meet them. You can definitely tell he knows what he's doing and always provides encouragement.

David is one of the most dedicated trainers I have had an opportunity to work with. Every single day he comes with energy and it definitely helps lift all of us up. His approach is so caring and not pushy. He'll fit well with you if you want a motivator that cares about you personally.

As a girl who only runs when she is being chased David was pretty much the key to my workouts. The sessions are never the same mundane exercises and his positive attitude keeps you going. He will really customize your session to what you are looking to achieve and you will never leave feeling like you wasted your time. Thanks for everything David!

David is an amazing trainer who always seems to get the most out of me. His detailed workout plans are tailored to the gains I'm looking to make, combining strength training with endurance and cardio. He pushes me work harder with each training session and I can see the improvements just weeks into our program!
