Introduction: Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, shape and tone, or simply feel your best through fun and unique exercises, you will leave my training sessions feeling accomplished and motivated to continue on your path to achieving your fitness goals.
I will build a custom program to help you achieve your desired look. It doesn't matter if you have never picked up a weight in your life or have been training for years, everyone can gain from a strict and unique regime and a coach who cares that you succeed.
Depending on your individual goals, we would focus on the following type of exercises:
- Strength training and toning
- Plyometrics (think body weight exercises) for toning and firming
- Isometrics (think planks, core, and stability) for core strength
- High-intensity interval training
- Weight training for increased muscle strength (or size if desired)
- Improve speed and quicknes
- Stretching for increased flexibility
- Cardio programs to improve cardiovascular stamina (I also provide group classes if preferred)
- Unique exercises that will shock your muscles and move you past your plateaus
