FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on training locations, frequency of training, and the number of sessions purchased. Most clients can expect to pay between $60 - $100 per session. I offer a premium service of the highest quality. The gyms I train at are the best in the area. Training locations have clean showers, the newest equipment, and are never crowded.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently received an advanced certification from the NSCA (national strength and conditioning association). The certified strength and conditioning specialist is a highly respected certification. A few months prior to that certification I completed the USATF associations level 2 coaching course for runners. I have completed a pre-post natal certification, TRX, and a Kettlebell certification.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically work with clients that want to lose weight, add tone and definition, and those with chronic pain (low back, shoulders, knees, neck). I help these clients improve strength, gain muscle mass, improve functional movement, and reduce joint pain. I create comprehensive programs that address clients needs while teaching the client to make lasting lifestyle change. I train runners and I help them prepare for the 5k, 10k, half marathon, and the full marathons. I teach running technique and running economy. I'm certified as a sprint specialist by USA track and field.
