Introduction: I combine Pilates reformer and springboard training with Redcord neuromuscular suspension training to address asymmetries, compensatory movement patterns and imbalances. I live for the feedback I get back from my clients who come back to tell me they are feeling stronger and no longer in pain. It is the most satisfying part of my job. The tools I use are unique and results are astounding.

Justin is an amazing instructor!! He's super professional and knowledgeable of redcord, pilates and the body's muscles. I love that he really customizes the workouts for you and that he pays very close attention to you so your body really gets the most out of each exercise. I had never done pilates before and had never heard of redcord until I came across Rebalanced SF. After reading more about it on the website, I decided to take a duet class with a friend and I am so glad I tried it because now I am hooked! Redcord is such a good workout for your body. Unlike running and weight training, which I feel like can stress your body out, redcord feels very therapeutic and natural on the body. You can feel the muscles in your body working and strengthening (some muscles that I had never felt before and I have run a marathon!) yet there isn't tension on your muscles. It was an amazing experience and I feel like my body has woken up. I highly recommend taking a redcord class with Justin. He walks you through all the equipment and exercises, and he is very patient and friendly! He motivates you to hold the positions longer and will encourage you along the way. Thank you Justin! :)

Redcord is amazing! I have had 6 sessions with Justin and I feel stronger and straighter every time I leave. And for the first time in my life my body has started to force itself to relax. It feels like the default for my muscles and my whole body has become relaxed and loose, rather than tense and tight. Justin is an awesome trainer and so easy to work with. He is genuinely excited to be able to help me strengthen my body and relieve my back pain and he takes the time to make sure that every exercise is the best one for my body that day. In between sessions, he emails tips and reminders to help me with pain and soreness that are so helpful! I loved working with him when he was an art director, but I love working with him much more now that he is a Redcord trainer!

I've worked with Justin for over a year now and I can definitively say that if you're injured or looking to get into Pilates he is the guy to see. His Redcord system is tailored to those looking to rehabilitate and the space he works in is spectacular. The way he speaks and the programs he designs...well you can just tell he knows what he's talking about, and it shows in the results I've seen. He's very trustworthy, accommodating and professional and after doing several Redcord sessions I also decided to try Pilates. He's an instructor and does Pilates private lessons and that, combined with Redcord, is perfect for what I was looking for. Low impact, core focused, and in a nice environment. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to become injury free!!

I was looking for a trainer that would be responsive and would work with me to come up with a personalized workout to help with my disabilities' needs. Justin is a very dedicated trainer who is very skilled at quickly figuring out exactly which areas needs most training and also effective in building the training program to fit that. I also appreciate all the creative ways Justin figures out to adjust the exercise routines so that I can still do it with my disabilities. He always makes sure to push and challenge your limits as well as set milestones so that you can feel very accomplished with every goal met. He also makes sure he explains in detail what muscle or muscle groups each exercise is supposed to train, which makes it very easy for me to understand why a certain exercise is useful for me (or disagree! Haha). I've already seen so much improvement in just 2 months I've been training with Justin, certainly in my gait, pain levels, and balance, as well as being able to do more in all the physical activities I love such as hiking. I would definitely recommend Justin if you're looking for a trainer that really wants to work with you figure out your detailed needs and have a personalized program tailored to what you want.
