I have been working out with Randall for over one year. He is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many. Randall can work with all levels of conditioning and he is amazing at developing effective programs and motivating me for sustained results. Highly recommended!

I enjoy training with Randall immensely. The routines alternate to keep things fresh, as well as to develop all the different aspects of my physical health. Randall's knowledge of the body, and how things works adds a ton to the experience, because the more knowledge I have the, better I do the routines. Randall is a very sociable guy and we have a lot of fun times. I highly recommend Randall.

I knew Randall as a trainer at the Bay Club and followed him to Next Level. Within three weeks I saw changes in my body composition, muscle tone, balance & cardio endurance. He is a skilled trainer, well versed in anatomy with the experience to apply a wide variety of exercises. In addition, he is in tune psychologically to what is best for me each time I arrive. I see the results in myself and also in his other clients. I've been with Randall now for more than 6 months, I am committed to him as my trainer, I'm enriched in strength and confidence by this 2x a week experience.

I've been working with Randall once a week for over a year and have seen great results. His training is never routine and boring - he's responsive to my personal fitness goals. As someone who works full time and travels on occasion, I also appreciate Randall's flexibility when I sometimes need to reschedule. Finally, he is simply a very good guy.

I've worked with Randall for about 2 years. Randall's program has helped me achieve my fitness goals (fitness, strength, weight loss) and has kept me in shape over those years. He has deep knowledge and experience in both training and nutrition that has help to keep workout varied and provides input on diet. I highly recommend Randall.
