Introduction: Taijiquan Fitness incorporates traditional Chen style tai chi with original sets from Chen Village, including first set (aka traditional set), second set (cannon fist), weapon sets such as sword (Jian), sabre (Dao), staff, spear, long-handled sabre (Guan Dao), pushing hands; Yang style two-person sets, Tau Lu and Dui Da San Shou, to better understand and practice martial arts applications.
It also includes circles and spirals from Hunyuan tai chi for health and enhanced body dynamics for martial arts applications.
