Introduction: I want you to look and feel good in your skin. I can help you get in fabulous shape with a minimal amount of time (though some effort is required). I offer half-hour (the favorite!) and full-hour sessions that will target strength, flexibility and balance. My workouts are based on traditional resistance training, functional movement, Pilates, Berk, and yoga, but they're personalized for you. This takes place in a mid-century, modern decorated living room to further show you that you don't need much space or equipment to get an effective workout, nor do you need a sterile, gym environment.

I can't believe it, I have been working with Marci for more than five years now.... the longest I've ever stuck to any one kind of exercise! I enjoy seeing her every week it and I continue to see results. And I really like her philosophy. She is very encouraging and challenges you, but is in no way a drill sargent. She varies the workouts so you don't get bored. And she even will give you "homework" do to on your own. I would recommend her to anyone!

Marci Bowman is a fantastic trainer! She really focuses on your muscles and is extremely knowledgeable about the body and mind. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

Marci has had an incredible effect on my diet and physique over many years. As much as a job, this is her hobby and passion. Reading up and researching different approaches that work for different people is why she got into the biz.

I have struggled to be consistent with an exercise routine that I enjoyed until I met Marci. I see her 3 times per week for 30 minute sessions. We don't use fancy equipment or go to the gym. I go to her house, we use weights, balls, bands, etc. It has made a tremendous difference in my fitness level along with my sense of well being. Who would have thought I could do so little and get such a big result!
