I was thrilled to find Jason’s small group fitness classes in San Francisco. I have never been in better shape after taking his interval training classes. Every day was different and you could tell that the workouts were carefully planned out and timed with intention. Jason’s motivation helped take my fitness to the next level and I felt like my legs especially became toned very quickly. I recommend Jason to anyone that needs a good sweat and wants to work hard. it doesn’t hurt that Jason has a great personality and sense of humor!! I always looked forward to starting the day with such positive energy. The only reason I’m not still working out with Jason is because I moved out of the Bay Area - but I am sure to visit and work out whenever I am in town! Thanks Jason!!

I've been working out with Jason for 4 years and I am incredibly happy with the experience and the results he delivers. Like anyone with a desk job I really need a regular whole body workout, and Jason’s small group classes are a very efficient and effective way to do this. Between two and three classes a week seems to not just maintain but even improve my physique over time. In 2016 I tore my ACL in an accident. After surgery I did a few sessions with a physical therapist but then switched to doing private training sessions with Jason that he tailored to my injury. Within a few weeks I got back in shape and was able to do the classes again. Today my repaired knee is as good as before.

I’ve been working with Jason now for over 6 months and it has been great. The classes are each unique to keep it fun and I’ve never felt better. Recommended.
