Introduction: I offer small group Pilates mat and reformer classes in the Union Square area of San Francisco during the evening hours/or weekends. In addition, I also teach private sessions. I am comprehensively trained in all the Pilates apparatus having completed a 600-hour training program in 2011. I teach at a small studio with no more than 5 persons in a class, giving everyone the attention they deserve.
