Introduction: I am an enthusiastic runner and specialize in 1st-race training for new runners.
If you are interested in running your first race in 2015, I can coach you from the couch through to the finish line!
I will work with you to provide a training calendar and will meet with you for team runs (1:1 or in a small group) to practice pacing, build endurance, and establish a proper form.
I have recently ran the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon in SF, as well as the 2014 Napa Valley Marathon, and am a NASM certified personal trainer.
