Introduction: My training is based on these experiences: tough hill sprints, beach runs and stair climbing. This creates the kind of cardio needed to lose overall body weight fast and toughen the spirit.
The sport-specific exercises, such as passes while jogging that increase focus and hand-eye coordination, and wrestling and judo drills that can be done independently, strengthen the most important part of our body, the core.
The workouts are grueling. That's all I've ever known. However, you will get in shape, and you will become mentally tougher. So are you ready?
