I teach several different styles and work individually with each client to make sure his or her alignment is great and he or she is safe with his or her practice.
I have helped clients loose weight, increase flexibility and relieve stress.

Ariana is an amazing teacher! Her energy and natural glow fills what ever space she is in. She communicates well with the class and seems to lead a perfect yoga flow every time. I'm always impressed by her intuition with her students and how well she corrects and helps our posses and posture throughout the lesson. I highly recommend her as a yoga teacher, spiritual leader and friend.
