Lindsey with Ritual Yoga

Introduction: I am a 6-year yoga teacher based in San Francisco dedicated to helping others through the ritualistic practice of yoga. I have completed five teacher training including, vinyasa (flow with breath), hatha (static poses), yin (relaxing and lengthening), yoga sculpt (with weights), and advanced asanas (focusing on the extended Bikram series). I create individualized plans for students and utilize my background of various styles to ensure that each session fits the needs for the day, as well as the student. I focus on teaching an all encompassing yoga class that brings philosophy to the physical practice. My hope is that after a session, you will feel present and ready to practice yoga off your mat.
