Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your strength, or find a moment to relax; I can provide the perfect personalized session that will give you what you need. Personal and family nutrition: Exercise is the most beneficial when accompanied by a healthy diet. I specialize in customizing healthy diets that focus on incorporating super foods that help you maintain weight, maximize nutritional elements, and stay fit. Additionally, I have spent three years as a nutrition educator for kids and work with families to make healthy meals, snacks, and lunches for the whole family in a quick and timely manner.

I have taken Lindsay's classes both at the climbing gym, outdoors, and at a studio. She really caters the practice to each different audience, providing a rigorous sequence for climbers and athletes but also knowing how to hold space for an all levels class with a special focus on the breath as the guiding force no matter what level one might be practicing. I appreciate her fluid and natural instruction, that comes from the heart and is inspired by her own wealth of experience with movement.

Lindsay Foreman is my favorite yoga teacher in San Francisco. Her classes are unique, fluid and balanced. I've taken her classes all over Sf for years and she is very consistent in always teaching a great sequence of poses that are the right level for everyone in class. I really appreciate that she takes the time to provide assists in some of the poses. You can tell that she is very experienced in yoga, her teaching and is inspiring to her students.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I've been an athlete my whole life, I trained excessively for soccer and competitive snowboarding. Mountaineering, rock climbing, running and biking have always been my hobbies for fun and fitness. I dropped my competitive focus when I was first introduced to yoga because I realized I fitness is a life long practice; my overall heath and happiness was more important not winning the game. I found myself becoming a yoga teacher, health coach and personal trainer as a way to show people that you can work hard, get sweaty and eat well while focusing on the life long sustainability of your health for body, mind and spirit. We all like to be challenged, we hope to continually get stronger, we love a good stretch, and most importantly, we all understand the importance of breathing to calm the mind. So, I'm here to give you just that... and more!
