- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been an athlete my whole life, I trained excessively for soccer and competitive snowboarding. Mountaineering, rock climbing, running and biking have always been my hobbies for fun and fitness. I dropped my competitive focus when I was first introduced to yoga because I realized I fitness is a life long practice; my overall heath and happiness was more important not winning the game. I found myself becoming a yoga teacher, health coach and personal trainer as a way to show people that you can work hard, get sweaty and eat well while focusing on the life long sustainability of your health for body, mind and spirit. We all like to be challenged, we hope to continually get stronger, we love a good stretch, and most importantly, we all understand the importance of breathing to calm the mind. So, I'm here to give you just that... and more!
