Introduction: I offer private yoga lessons (1-3 people) that are developed to meet the needs of you as an individual. I intuitively create movement and sequencing that feels right for you. Lessons offer the following benefits (and then some): deeper awareness, stress reduction, greater sense of calm and balance, pain relief, increased mobility and flexibility, loving and supportive assists, reconnection with your breath, and home practice guidance.
