Introduction: PranaFITTE is a program combining vinyasa power yoga and high-intensity interval training methods to provide a whole body approach to exercise. Students and clients will cultivate a strong and flexible body while developing a mindful, focused, and relaxed well-being. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain more flexibility, build strength and stability, or enhance your concentration, I can work with you to meet your individual or group goals. In the last three years of teaching, I have worked with women and men of all ages, orientation, body types, and those with many different lifestyles. I am able to provide private, semiprivate, group, or corporate classes. I love helping others feel better at the end of the day while creating a practice for them that will greatly impact their overall health and wellness. My pricing is reasonable, and I can create packages to accommodate your budget.

Cindy is very knowledgable and passionate about bringing different communities together to practice yoga and dance. She creates a positive space and encourages others no matter what level you are in. She is friendly, empathetic, and supportive individual that cares about others who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. You can see and feel her passion through her teaching. She definately has the mantra, "Pay It Forward!" She lives up the sunshine within herself and spreads her rays to others. :-)

Cindy makes class great. She has a wonderful balance of high energy, expertise and calm leadership which makes every class I've taken with her a mixture between fun, intense and meaningful improvement! Any time I see she is teaching, I'm there!

Cindy's yoga instruction is well rounded and her workout gets me feeling at once more awake and more relaxed. She is also friendly and accessible, which are qualities I very much appreciate in an instructor. I've been to a couple of Cindy's yoga events which are particularly fun because they integrate different elements like food and drink, massage, acupuncture, music, and socializing. My friend and I went to her last event together and now we're both hooked.
