- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the clients budget, there is a variety of services that can be fulfilled but usually require more information unless it is Logo Design, for Logo Design we have 3 different packages: Basic Package, which includes 2 design options, 2 revisions, 2 file types and has an associated cost of $180.00. Pro Package, which includes 4 design options, 4 revisions, 4 file types and an associated cost of $360.00. And our Top Tier Package, which includes 8 design options, 8 revisions, 1 business card design, 1 letter head design and 1 email signature design, 4 design files for the logo and has an associated cost of $800.00. Other items can be added but will have to be discussed prior the commencement of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, the process begins with first contact, where a few things are established; a creative brief, budget and timeline. An agreement will form from this conversation and the fun begins, with a design questionnaire to hone in the clients vision for their project. Followed by an extensive ideation phase where depending on the budget can result in 2-8 options, which later develops into 1-3 solid design routes to choose from and a digitizing and refinement process commences. Throughout the process the client is entitled to 2-8 revisions of the work, at any point in the creation process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a double major Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Industrial Design, several certification for a variety of skills; such as: Print Making, Screen Printing, Calligraphy, Traditional oil/acrylic/spray paint techniques, 3D Modeling, Mock Up creation, Model Making, Photography, Additive and Subtractive Sculpting, Advertising, Art Direction and Klyngon :)
